Updated the small utility MP3DirectCut, intended for editing musical files. Program allows to delete/put blocks, change sound loudness, divide files into blocks, etc, and all this is achieved without decoding MP3 to PCM/WAV files, which allows to reduce working time, and also does not lose the sound quality of compositions.   In new version dialogs and control are done, support of little wheel mouse is added, several errors are corrected.
