FOSS Patents reported that the preliminary injunction on sales of Tablet PC Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 suspended across the European Union except Germany. A few days ago, the Regional Court of D�sseldorf (Germany) decided to impose prior restraint on the sale and marketing of Tablet PC Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 EC in all states except Netherlands. The decision was made in the suit of Apple, accusing Samsung of copying its products. According to Florian Mueller (Florian Mueller), an expert in the field of intellectual property, the court press office said that the suspension of pre-ban due to procedural issues - currently studying the question of whether this court has the authority to suspend sales of tablet . A temporary end of sales ban will continue until August 25 . Until that time, the tablet will be available in all EU countries except Germany. Assocaite reported that in a lawsuit against Samsung Apple presented image of tablet Galaxy Tab 10.1, which makes the device more similar to the iPad: the aspect ratio of Galaxy Tab 10.1 is 1.36 (rather close to iPad - 1,30), whereas in reality tablet Samsung, is 1.46.
